Who we are

This site, moonfield.ai, is run by Moonfield Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, USA. This policy covers the site only. Patryk, our product, has its own policy at getpatryk.ai/privacy.

What the site collects

The site sets no cookies and has no forms. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and the country, device type and referrer of a visit without identifying the visitor: no cookies, no identifiers stored on your device, no tracking across sites. We use these counts to see which pages are read.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a short period to keep the service running and secure.

Email

If you write to one of our addresses, we keep your message and our reply for as long as the matter is open and for up to three years afterwards, so we can answer follow-ups and meet our legal obligations. Mail is handled by the company; we do not sell or share it.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Write to privacy@moonfield.ai. If you are in the European Union, our representative there is Josef Schalumov, reached at the same address, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page when the site changes what it collects. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
